1. For rolled products of steel grades St3kp,
St3ps, St3sp, St3Gps, St3Gps for welded
constructions the positive deviations in the
fraction of total mass of carbon are not
permitable.
2. During deoxidation of semi killed steel with
Al, Ti or another free of Si deoxidizers and
with several deoxidizes and with several
deoxidizes as well (FeSi & Al, FeSi & Ti) the
fraction of total mass of Si in steel is
permitted less than 0.05%. Deoxiditation with
Ti, Al and other free of Si deoxidizers is
specified in the quality certificate.
3. For steel grades St3Gsp and St3Gps impact
ductility norms are specified for thicknesses
5-9mm, 10-30mm and 31-40mm accordingly.
